Frankenstein

On April 3rd, the students of primary and secondary (only 1st of ESO) school of St. Llorenç de Morunys went to the theatre to watch a play named “Frankenstein”.

The performance was about Dr. Frankenstein and his assistant. They made an experiment to create a strange boy named Frankenstein. They created the boy with different parts of dead bodies. The boy was very stupid and Dr. Frankenstein tried to help him to be intelligent.

The public and Dr. Frankenstein sang a song:

And with the song the boy became clever.

During the performance some kids could go up to the stage and they could act with the actors, doing what Dr. Frankenstein and his assistant asked them to do. At the end, the public was able to ask some questions about the story, the way of living of the actors and about the theatre.

We think that the play was easy to understand, there were only some words that we didn't understand, such as brain... They play was fantastic and we had a good time. I hope that next year we go to watch another play in English.
